There is no early access and no pre-order gimmick bonuses to try to trick you into buying the game. However, following SD2's development on and off since it has began has really made me believe in Zero and in the game. And the game is disappointing and has a lot of holes in it. I grabbed SD1 after the crapstorm occured, but there was no mystery about it occuring and nothing was hidden from me. And maybe they were right at one point, but I whole heartly disagree now. Maybe that isn't you I am describing, but those people exist.

And there is also a group of people that actively hate on anyone that actually likes the game at all. It is like certain people exist only to bash everything the guy does like he is worse than EA and Comcast put together. The second post on this whole forum was the first one in this thread telling people don't buy this game. There are a lot of people who hate and despise SD1 and Zero with a passion. These comment are basically the reason for this thread. If only his last game was as grand as his ego. Yeah, seems very self-righteous and dismissive of others. This is the perfect place to talk about how features were promised then not delivered, how people with even a slightly negative thing to say about the game the first time around were getting banned, how posts were deleted when folks would bring up past quotes promising things that never happened. This is the first game to come out after that disaster, so it's going to put it right back in people's minds and rightfully so. I love the "grievances from years ago" line, like this is something that everyone should have long gotten over already.

You really should try taking a look at yourselves before you judge Zero. This thread is Zero taking responsability for his actions and not choosing to put it under the rug, but coming here to do nothing but cause damage and start fires is FAR FAR worse. This is not SD1 it is not even in the same VEIN as SD1, it is a 4x TBS that frankly will pull in a totally different demographic and judging by people talking in here in contrast to people who have supported Zero for months and months now on the official forums - and damn sight more mature one. But this has been spoken of till the cows come home now, it has been answered, re-answered, explained, excused, flamed and debated on other channels for YEARS now. and so to say entitled is unfair because the reality is it did sound like such features would see the light of day. I am not going to use "entitled" because frankly things WERE indeed promised and suggested, they WERE indeed spoken about as if they were coming. But it is blatantly obvious some people are here for no other reason than to troll, abuse, get the last word and generally behave like vindictive, immature little muppets. If you are here because you genuinely want to see if SD2 will be a different story. YET! You expect Zero to take it in the ass everytime he speaks on Steam forums? What a vile bunch you are. There is evidence of this already with some of you already bickering at each other! I bet not one of you would endure more than a days worth of abuse on a Steam thread before you either lost it, joined in, or stooped to their level. It clear that alot of you are not here to do anything more than exact the same rage you already conduct on SD1's forums in a bid to belittle and scold Zero - like the guy has not endured enough. TBH the fact you see the existence of this thread as a negative thing says alot about you too. it says he knows he made a mistake, he fully expects backlash and rather than not allow people to spam and tarnish the reputation of a product that NONE of you should be judging at this point - he will let everyone speak their mind and accepts that responsability and consequence. Preparing forum threads because of mistakes made with a previous game shouldnt be happening.
